TINY TRACKS LLC. - Adoption Contract

How to purchase and pick-up /shipping of your exotic animal:

1. Tiny Tracks requires a deposit of $100.00 per animal NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (fox, raccoons and coatimundi)

a deposit of $150.00 per animal NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (Artic Fox, Gray Fox)

a deposit of $200.00. per animal NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required for skunks.

a deposit of $750.00 per animal NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required for Bobcats.

Bobcat are $1400.00 ea

WE ACCEPT DEPOSITS WITH : PERSONAL CHECK, CREDIT CARD OR PAY-PAL PUSH EMAIL-Me FOR DETAILS.

ALL OF OUR ANIMALS ARE WORMED AND COME WITH A HEALTH CERTIFICATE AND A DETAILED CARE PLAN.

This deposit is to assure that you the buyer has an exotic animal reserved in your name.

The DEPOSIT IS APPLIED TOWARDS the purchase of your exotic animal.

IF WE CAN NOT SUPPLY YOU WITH THE TYPE (fox, raccoon, gray fox, artic fox, coatimundi, skunk or Bobcat)

OF EXOTIC ANIMAL YOU WISH. WE WILL GLADLY REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT.

You must choose more than 1 color (if applicable) as the animals are distributed first come first served basis.

We will send you a letter of confirmation when we receive your deposit, with all of your information and a receipt.

2. IT IS THE BUYERS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK WITH THEIR STATE, COUNTY AND CITY RULES AND REGULATIONS IN REGUARDS CONCERNING THE OWNERSHIP OF THE EXOTIC PET THEY WISH TO OBTAIN.

This means you must apply and be able to obtain the permits(if applicable) etc involved with Legal ownership of your EXOTIC PET.

We suggest you do this BEFORE you make a deposit on your exotic animal. As deposits are non-refundable.

To help with this process we suggest you contact your STATE VETERNARIAN and DNR (department of natural resources)

3. SHIPPING ANIMAL: We charge 400.00 (U.S. lower 48) for this. We notify you when we separate the kits

and they will be "READY TO GO" approximately 2 weeks later.

The animal will be shipped to the closest ANIMAL AIRPORT available to the buyer.

You must have obtained your permits for your exotic animal in order to ship your animal

IF YOUR STATE REQUIRES "CHIPPING" that is an extra charge of 50.00 per animal. check your states regulations.

ANY SPECIAL POLICY THAT YOUR STATE REQUIRES IS AN "EXTRA" EXPENSE THE BUYER ASSUMES.

IN THE EVENT THAT THE BUYER DOES NOT HAVE THE PERMIT NECESSARY in order to ship their exotic animal,

when the animal is "READY TO GO" we charge $5.00 per day (Late fee is charged after the 7 day period of READY TO GO) until we have the necessary stuff..

The animal will be shipped when all associated charges (late fee, shipping, "chipping" (if applicable) have been paid in full.)

Shipping includes a carrier for your animal and a health certificate. IF your state requires more SPECIAL things they are "EXTRAS" and the BUYER assumes the expense.

ALL FEES ASSOCIATED WITH PURCHASING and SHIPPING YOUR ANIMAL(S) ARE REQUIRED TO BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE SHIPPING WILL OCCUR.

* If you are purchasing more than 1 animal if they are DIFFERENT SPECIES they have to be shipped in separate crates (and you will be charged 400.00 (U.S. lower 48) per/animal for shipping)

If you are getting 2 animals of the SAME SPECIES AND they can be crated together (10# LIMIT for 2 animals same species less than 6 mo old) then you will be charged the 400.00(lower 48) for both animals to be shipped.

If they have to be crated separately it is 400.00(lower 48) per/animal.

3A PICK-UP ANIMAL: (at our address)

IN THE EVENT YOU CAN NOT PICK-UP YOUR ANIMAL WITH IN 7 DAYS OF BEING NOTIFIED

that your animal is "READY TO GO" the buyer will be charged $5.00 per day until the animal is picked up.

IF a HOLIDAY is involved with these 7 days(notification) PICK-UP is to occur BEFORE THE HOLIDAY if possible.

We will notify you the buyer of when we separate the kits from the mothers. Then it is approximately 1- 2 weeks after we separate them that your exotic pet will be "READY TO GO"

We only sell to LEGAL STATES ONLY!

If you are from any state other than Indiana you need to have your permit (or what ever your state requires) in order to have the proper paperwork issued in your name.

INDIANA RESIDENTS you have 5 days to apply for your permit after you obtain your animal.

4. Tiny Tracks kits (babies, cubs) are hand raised and bottle fed. All of our animals come WORMED,

DE-SCENTED(SKUNKS), spayed or neutered (SKUNKS) and have a HEALTH CERTIFICATE .

We also include a detailed CARE PLAN .

Each of our Web pages with the pictures tell you the prices of the animals.

5. Tiny Tracks assumes no liability or responsibility for any legal actions resulting in the purchase of your exotic animal.

Furthermore, we are not responsible for allergic reactions or any other problems you may encounter by your exotic animal.

We advise you to seek a good veterinarian in the treatment of your exotic pet and WILL NOT be held responsible for any mishaps pertaining to these documents. Their are no warranties expressed or implied of any kind in this contract

MOST OF THE KITS / PUPS ARE BORN IN THE SPRING STARTING IN APRIL OR MAY and are "READY TO GO" from MAY-AUGUST depending on species.

For all of your pets needs we stock; food, formula, kennels, feeders, water dishes,
