How to purchase and pick-up:

1. Tiny Tracks requires a deposit of $100.00 per animal NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (fox, raccoons and coatimundi)

a deposit of $150.00 per animal NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (Artic Fox, Gray Fox)

a deposit of $200.00. per animal NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required for skunks.

ALL FEMALES....... ARE + 50.00 PER ANIMAL MORE....... THAN A MALE.............. OF ANY SPECIES

ALL SKUNKS ARE THE SAME PRICE FOR EITHER SEX AND ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THE +50.00 MORE

WE ACCEPT DEPOSITS WITH : CASH, MONEY ORDER, CHECK

FOR ALL CREDIT CARD OR PAY-PAL CALL US FOR DETAILS.

For payments made with a credit card or paypal we charge a service fee of 5%

(that is what we are charged for this service)

For all FINAL PAYMENTS we accept : CERTIFIED CHECK, MONEY ORDER OR CASH

ALL OF OUR ANIMALS ARE WORMED AND COME WITH A HEALTH CERTIFICATE AND A DETAILED CARE PLAN.

A PERSON WISHING TO ADOPT AN ANIMAL MUST PAY THE REQUIRED DEPOSIT

TO BE PLACED ON THE LIST FOR DISTRIBUTION OF AN ANIMAL.

This DEPOSIT is to assure that you the buyer has an exotic animal reserved in your name.

The DEPOSIT IS APPLIED TOWARDS the purchase of your exotic animal.

YOUR CHOICES WILL BE DISTRIBUTED BY THE DATE WE RECIEVE YOUR DEPOSIT.

IF WE CAN NOT SUPPLY YOU WITH THE TYPE..... AND COLOR (must have 2 DIFFERENT colors listed)...........

TYPE is defined as: fox, artic fox, gray fox, raccoon, coatimundi, and skunk.

WE WILL GLADLY REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT..(WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SEX OF ANIMAL

AND WE CONSIDER YOUR CHOICE OF SEX..... BY THE DATE WE RECIEVE YOUR DEPOSIT

ALL FEMALES ARE +50.00ea EXCEPT THE SKUNKS.)

The SEX of the animals IS NOT GUARANTEED.

WE CHARGE + $50.00 PER FEMALE MORE THAN A MALE (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE SKUNKS)

ANY PAYMENTS made by people who are not 18 or older WILL BE FORFITTED AND ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMIDATE YOUR CHOICES OF COLOR AND SEX

we distribute our animals by the DATE WE RECIEVE YOUR DEPOSIT.

WE WILL SEND YOU A SNAIL MAIL letter of confirmation when we receive your deposit.

LEGAL OWNERSHIP (OF YOUR ANIMAL) IS REQUIRED to purchase animals from Tiny Tracks

YOU MUST BE 18......................................... IN ORDER TO ADOPT AN ANIMAL AND BE ABLE TO PROVE IT !!!!

IF YOU ARE NOT 18 ...........................................THEN you WILL NOT be allowed to PICK IT UP!

2. IT IS THE BUYERS........ SOLE RESPONSIBILITY

TO CHECK WITH THEIR STATE, COUNTY AND CITY RULES AND REGULATIONS

IN REGUARDS CONCERNING THE OWNERSHIP & IMPORTING OF THE EXOTIC PET THEY WISH TO OBTAIN.

So if it is not legal in your city and / or state to have possession of the animal you wish..... NO REFUND!

WE HAVE A STATES INFO PAGE TO ASSIST YOU.

You do not need to have the permit or license for possession of the animal when you fill out the adoption form and pay your deposit. We just want to make sure that you are able to obtain the permit or license (if applicable).

We suggest you do this BEFORE you make a deposit on your exotic animal. As deposits are NON-refundable.

The GOAL of this rule # 2 is to make you aware that in most states you need to have a permit for the animal.

When you SUBMIT your deposit you do not need the permit already, but we want to make sure you can obtain the permit necessary (if applicable) BEFORE PICK-UP.

YOUR STATE VETERNARIAN and DNR (we have a STATES INFO page to assist you)

2A PICK-UP ANIMAL: (at our address)

IN THE EVENT YOU CAN NOT PICK-UP YOUR ANIMAL WITH IN 7 DAYS OF BEING NOTIFIED

that your animal is "READY TO GO" the buyer will be charged $8.00 PER DAY until the animal is picked up.

IF a HOLIDAY is involved with these 7 days(notification) PICK-UP is to occur BEFORE THE HOLIDAY if possible.

You must make an appointment to pick up your animal when you are notified.

We will notify you the buyer of when we separate the kits from the mothers.

Then it is approximately 1- 2 weeks after we separate them that your exotic pet will be "READY TO GO"

We only sell to LEGAL STATES ONLY AND YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PROVE YOU ARE 18 YEARS OR OLDER!

If you are from any state other than Indiana

you need to have applied for your permit (or what ever your state requires)

in order to have the proper paperwork issued in your name.

INDIANA and OHIO RESIDENTS you have 5 days to apply for your permit AFTER you obtain your animal.

3. Tiny Tracks kits (babies, cubs) are hand raised and / or bottle fed.

All of our animals come WORMED,

SKUNKS ARE DE-SCENTED AND spayed or neutered (SKUNKS ONLY)

and have a HEALTH CERTIFICATE .

We also include a CARE PLAN .

EACH OF OUR WEB PAGES TELLS THE PRICE OF THE ANIMAL BELOW THE PICTURE.

4. Tiny Tracks assumes no liability or responsibility for any legal actions resulting in the purchase of your exotic animal.

Furthermore, we are not responsible for allergic reactions or any other problems you may encounter by your exotic animal.

We advise you to seek a good veterinarian in the treatment of your exotic pet and WILL NOT be held responsible for any mishaps pertaining to these documents. Their are no warranties expressed or implied of any kind in this contract

5. FOR A FEE OF $35.00

We will provide you with THE PROPER HOUSING AND SET-UP FOR YOUR NEW PET

WE STRONGLY RECOMEND THIS TO EVERYONE!!!

This will get both you and your new pet off to a GOOD start.

(This pen will be large enough until your new pet can go into an outdoor kennel)

We include a pen, food dish and water dish and toy that will keep your new pet BOTH SAFE AND SANITARY.

With out having the PROPER TOOLS YOU NEED to care for your new Pet makes a UNHAPPY PET.
